Manuel Spirit Hawk Garza says urine is essentially a vaccine. He explains that urine starts as blood, which passes through the kidneys, a filtration system that removes not necessarily what is bad but what the body doesn't need. He says urine is mostly water, then urea, then enzymes, hormones, minerals and peptides, and that it is not toxic but 'the greatest thing to get rid of toxicity.' He says it works as a vaccine because it contains a small amount of toxicity that has been weakened, so when you drink it while sick you overcome the illness within hours. He says he speaks from experience, drinking a glass whenever he feels bad. He contrasts this with injections, mentions the tonsils as immune receptors, and calls urine 'your own perfect medicine'. He says pharmaceutical companies would go out of business if people knew, so for the past hundred years a campaign has made people think urine is toxic waste.
