Manuel Spirit Hawk Garza says urine is a vaccine, because it is what he calls a heated-up, minute version of the antigen your body is dealing with. When you drink it again, he says, you take your body's own perfect medicine, made in a laboratory it created just for you rather than one size fits all, and your body then recreates the antibodies for the problem. He says the best time to drink your own urine is when you have an allergic reaction or are sick, and that he has done it many times in his life and the problem is gone within one to two hours.
