Troy Casey, the Certified Health Nut, interviews Jonathan Otto, an Australian investigative journalist and documentary producer who worked on The Truth About Cancer and helped build urinetherapy.com with Dr. Edward Group. Otto says he grew up with Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr, Ross River fever, cytomegalovirus and chronic fatigue. He traces urine therapy through Proverbs 5:15 ('drink water from your own cistern'), Jesus's 'rivers of living water', Egypt, Greece, Rome's urine tax, Ayurveda, Native American, Aboriginal, Taino and Asian cultures. He says babies drink urine in the womb (amniotic fluid) and that this forms their lungs, and cites research he says found about 140 stem cells in a day's urine growing to some 100 million in three weeks, with urine-derived stem cells never forming tumors and many showing telomerase activity. He calls the toxins seen in urine metabolites, not waste, and says the only contraindication is kidneys that no longer produce urine; unlike Martha Christy, he says people on medication or poor diets should do it more. He tells of Gloria, who after her second COVID shot bled 16 days a month with heart palpitations, numbness and migraines; he says her palpitations stopped on the first day, her cycle normalized in about two months, her migraines left and she lost 20 pounds. He tells of Nancy Henderson, whose shingles turned half her face black and dropped her from 140 to 80 pounds; he says urine compresses and drinking reversed it, and later urine in her ears improved her hearing 80 percent in a week. Casey says a teacher of his cleared stage four testicular cancer after three weeks of looping urine. Otto says urine cleared his dandruff in one night, ended his constipation, gave him energy, and that his doctor found every blood marker improved. He says he has spent about $50,000 on stem cells and that aged urine gives them free. Casey, nearing 60, says he has practiced for 20 years.
