What this video covers
Henry of the Sober Christian Gentleman Podcast gives a step-by-step guide to starting urine therapy, based on his own year and a half of practice. He says the hurdles are the idea, the smell and the taste, which he calls cultural programming. His method: use a clean glass, take a midstream 'clean catch' of first morning urine after counting to ten, start with about one ounce, take five deep breaths, hold your nose, drink it and then a full 8-ounce glass of water before letting go, so there is no taste. Double the amount each day, and later cut back the chaser water. He recommends drinking it warm, right away. He describes his own routine of 'looping' several times a day until supper, says the urine grows clearer each time, and notes that foods such as beets or curry change its color and taste. He says the morning dose leaves him feeling as if he had eaten breakfast, and reports better sleep, calm and clearer thinking. He mentions that some people keep aged urine in a cool dark place and add a dropper of it, says he does not advocate injecting, and describes rubbing urine on sunburns and kitchen burns. He refers to Armstrong's book The Water of Life.
