Day 13 urine fast

Day 13 urine fast — a urine therapy (Shivambu, Amrita, orin therapy) video about natural and traditional healing, from the Amrita video library.

What this video covers

Nick Lawson says it is day 13 of his fast and almost a week since his last video about it, which went viral and brought some strong messages. He says he has since gone down 'deep rabbit holes' into the science, including university studies on stem cells in urine, especially aged urine: fresh urine, he says, has about 120 stem cells, and after three weeks of storage they multiply to 100 million, and people are having amazing results. He says none of this is medical advice. He describes his fast as not strict: some cacao, chai, Chinese mushrooms and the occasional nut, partly because it is getting cold. He says he feels great, with a sense of fluidity, softening of stress and inflammation, and a calmer nervous system; his body got weaker from working out less, but he needed deep rest, so he is letting himself do less while still being a father, running his business and supporting people to heal deeply. He invites open dialogue, says people who disagree don't have to follow him and could direct their anger at war, McDonald's and corporations he says are poisoning billions, and says he is only sharing a personal practice that has helped him feel good.

These are the speakers' own experiences. This is not medical advice.
