What this video covers
Troy Casey, the Certified Health Nut, introduces the 'ancient art' of Shivambu, or urine therapy. He says he is not advocating that anyone do it, only describing his own practice of about 20 years, and recommends J.W. Armstrong's The Water of Life to anyone it resonates with. He shakes his jar to mix in the cloudy white residue some people call ormus, and says the folklore is that urine contains HGH, stem cells, amino acids and minerals. He drinks a little aged urine every morning, made by urinating in a jar covered with cheesecloth, letting anaerobic and then aerobic bacteria develop, then sealing it and leaving it in the sun. He says he has drunk it on camera before, in a documentary by Sky Cowan. He describes it as very powerful, smelling of ammonia and tasting gnarly, medicinal and primordial, with a feeling he compares to ayahuasca, and says it gives him an amazing feeling and makes his skin look golden orange. He ends: 'Don't try this at home unless you're a certified health nut too.'
