An interviewer talks with Dave Murphy from England, a former firefighter who says he has practiced urine therapy every day for six years and did a 30-day urine fast in 2012, drinking nothing but his urine. He says he had asthma since childhood, nearly died of it once, and was told his lungs were like a 70-year-old's; four days into the fast he felt an urge to run and ran half a mile, where before he could manage only about 50 yards. He says nerve damage in his foot and four years of pain after an Achilles tendon operation were gone in four days, and that his back problems and grinding shoulder healed, his hair started growing back and the lines in his face smoothed. He also describes a 60-day experiment without food in 2014, the first ten days without water too, and says his intuition 'went through the roof'. He tells how his mother, in a wheelchair for ten years with arthritis, high blood pressure, digestive and back problems and a tabletop of drugs, came off all of them and out of the wheelchair after two years of urine therapy, and how his sister's skin complaint cleared within a month. He says first morning urine is the most important to drink, and tells of pouring his urine over a friend's serious burn at a festival, which he says stopped the pain within seconds and healed. He drinks about three-quarters of a pint to a pint a day and wrote The Human Body Owner's Workshop Manual.
